SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY TIME

 

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days and are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

 

We ship by courier and Poste Italiane. 

 

We currently offer a single delivery method for all of Italy, including the islands:

 

  • Standard delivery: between 3 and 6 working days.                                                                                                                                                   

 

CONFIRM SHIPPING AND TRACKING

 

Upon departure of the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.

 

The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

SHIPPING COST

Delivery is free for orders over € 60.

Below, the cost of transport is € 5,90.

DELIVERIES ABROAD

 

The purchase is also possible for customers in: United Kingdom, Spain (except the Canary Islands), France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal ( except Azores Islands), the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

 

For these countries the shipping costs are 19 €.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

 

Any customs duties and taxes (ex. shipments to the United Kingdom, Iceland) are charged to the customer.

RETURNS 

 

A more eco-sustainable lifestyle implies greater responsibility for purchases and consumption. We therefore urge you to contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts about the products for sale and to return only and exclusively in the case of defective goods, in order to limit the environmental impact of transport.

 

The returned products generate over 4 billion waste per year in Europe alone.

 

Any return requires a shipping cost to be paid by the customer.

 

Return requests must be made as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of the order.

 

In any case, returns of cosmetic, personal hygiene, underwear and baby products will not be accepted.

 

With the exception of defective items, we will only accept the return of items that are still packed in their original packaging, undamaged and in perfect condition.

 

To make the return, you must write an email to info@naturyshop.com with the following data:

 

  • Name, surname, telephone number

  • Order number

  • Description of the products you wish to return

  • The reasons for the return with photos
